Visa / Mastercard
We use a secure server for accepting your credit card
information. And then it is encrypted for additional security purposes.
Your statement will list RJs Dollhouse as the seller.
Your credit card is authorized when the order is
placed but the funds are not actually charged until your order is shipped.
It is important to enter the CVV2 / 3 digit # on the signature strip of you
card, for security purposes. If this is not entered, your credit card
authorization could fail. We can process the card manually if this
happens. So your order is not lost in the system. We do have it.
Paypal

You can use your credit card to pay through the Paypal services.
There is a link provided on the home page for this service. Receive $5.00
for completing the sign up process with Paypal.

Shipping
Minimum cost on shipping is $2.50. Shipping is based on your total.
Shipping will be calculated as you add items to your shopping cart.
When free shipping is offered with a monthly special, that
applies to US addresses only. Outside the US will receive a discount
on the shipping, which is calculated through the shopping cart. Postage for
International orders is only an estimate. Actual shipping will be
determined after order is placed depending on size and weight of items.
And if neccessary an additional amount will be added to the total. If using Paypal, please do not complete the transaction. A payment
request will be sent to you.
We try to keep our shipping costs low. Your
money is better spent on miniatures then shipping costs that aren't there.
If you feel the shipping is not correct, please send us an e-mail with your
concerns. Please keep in mind that there are costs on our end with
shipping, materials and such to keep your items safe during the journey.
We try to ship out your items within 5 business
days* from your payment (most of the time this is only a 2-3 day wait).
Depending on the amount of orders at the time, this may be 10 business days*.
If there is a longer delay, we will contact you via e-mail with an explanation.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged
items caused while in route without insurance coverage. If you wish to
have insurance, please state so at check out and $1.65 for every $50.00
purchased will be added to your payment.

Back Orders
Items not in stock when orders are pulled for
shipping will be placed on a back order status. Most back ordered
items are back in stock within 1-2 weeks. It may take another 1-2
weeks to get the item off to you. This depends on the volume of orders
at the time. We do keep all back orders in the computer, so your item
will not be forgotten.
If back ordered items become discontinued,
you will receive a store credit or credit by the means in which you paid for
your order. We will contact you in the event this happens.

Returns
Items returned at the choice of the buyer due to wrong item ordered, not
pleased with items or similar reasons are the responsibility of the buyer and
shipping will not be refunded. You can receive a store credit for a future
purchase or a credit by the means in which you paid for your order.
If these items were purchased with a free
shipping offer and returned by the buyer, refund will be the item, less 10% to
cover our expense in shipping.
Items returned due to our error in shipping, the buyer will be reimbursed the
shipping cost for returning the items with a store credit or by means in which
the order was placed.
If items are damaged in shipping and insurance was not purchased, refunds
will not be issued. We are not responsible once the package leaves our
hands. So please request in the comments on check to have the insurance
added to your total if you wish to be covered.

We are

you register with us, we will use your name and password to verify your identity
when you log on to the site. Your registered name, address, telephone number and
(where applicable) credit card information is transmitted between your browser
